Hello! Rife Magazine ceased publishing new work in July 2022.

We've kept the magazine online as an archive and hope you'll still continue to enjoy all of its contributions from the last 8 years.

Last night we officially launched Rife magazine; we had everything from industry professionals, a Gif-booth and even a massive cake.

It was an incredible night and the enthusiasm from everyone involved was amazing. We can’t wait to work with you all.

We were tweeting throughout the night using #RifeLaunch, have a look at some of the highlights below:

Excitement was in the air all day…

#Youth

Our friends from the original Bristol Talent Lab began helping us out:

And so we kicked the night off with our engagement officer Hannah introducing Rife itself:

People were generally having an OK time…

A small slip-up in the initial speeches became the birth of a new power-duo. Ryan and Shin_LoveLife are now #RYNAI:

Our film ‘What is Rife?‘ was met with laughter and excitement. A fantastic effort from all those involved, including Little Ryan, Shin_LoveLife and Kodi (and some pretty useful scrutiny from Vanessa and Nikesh).

And ‘Who is Rife?‘ brought even more laughter. Massive kudos to Shin_LoveLife and Adibah for bringing it from concept to completion (and again, maybe a teeny bit of help from Vanessa and Nikesh).

And then it was time…

FOR AKALAAAAAAAA

It became clear that everyone was really getting what Rife is all about.

Some familiar faces were pretty active on twitter too:

Each of the current journalists got up and promoted the activities open to everyone once the legendary Akala had finished.

Oh, and then we thought a little sugar-boost was in order…

…and it worked.

The Gif-Booth soon became popular too:

Everyone was enjoying themselves with everything on offer:

SMH.

Everybody we talked to last night had a fascinating story to tell and was so enthusiastic about getting involved with Rife magazine; it was perfect.

Even if you couldn’t make to the launch party, we still want you and your content. Find out how to pitch an idea here and follow us on Twitter and Facebook to find out everything the Rife gang is getting up to.
