Booksmart: The teen comedy that understands teens (a review)

In this review Mo talks about the themes and most stand-out moments in what is surely a future classic in the making.

Booksmart jumped out at Mo when she went to a preview showing of it in early May. It has fleshed out, believable and relatable characters, a fun, I-wish-I’d-done-that plot, and is genuinely hilarious. Seeing it again at Watershed for a second time reinforced all of this.

Have you seen Booksmart? What moments stood out to you?
