Shin_LoveLife wants to know who is behind this romantic gesture.
So I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but there were and still are lots of hearts shaped balloons in the city centre of Bristol this morning.
Even though it wasn’t for me, it did bring a smile to my face as I consider myself to be a big hopeless romantic. It’s also got me into the Friday feeling.
Rumours so far have been that there will be a proposal-taking place later, someone was bored or maybe it’s a charity related statement.
